DHC Membership Application Form
To apply for membership please fill out the form below and then click the Apply for Membership button. Our Membership Fee is €20 per annum. If paying through PayPal please note there is a €1 surcharge. If sending a cheque / postal order then please make it out for €20 and send to the following address: Deaf Heritage Centre, Thomas Mahon Hall, Deaf Village Ireland, Ratoath Road, Dublin 7, D07 W94H, Ireland. Once the membership form details and fees are received we will process your application. Many thanks!
